What should I do now?
So my brother got me for Christmas a Digivice. My dad told me to open her gift to me and so I did. My brother was very excited to see the look on my face, and at first was full of happiness. He broke soon. My brother asked if I could see him and me said yes. He turned and saw the back and sides were all scratched, and the reset button was missing. I got from eBay. The announcement said it was perfect state, but clearly it was not. The ad also says we have a 30 day money guarantee, provided you pay the postage and shipping and handling was not recoverable. So, do you think this is fair, and what I / we do now? Thanks for all the help and Merry Christmas.
