Need a passport for a change of plane from Denver to Canada to Chicago?
I'm traveling from Phoenix to Chicago. But two changes of plane in way. One of Phoenix to Denver the other from Canada to Chicago. Do I need a passport for this change of flight, even thouigh Im not actually intended to travel to Canada only change planes to get to Chicago?
that's a very strange route. Most of the time, the stops are in the same country. There might need your passport if your plane leaves the next from the same terminal (in Canada), but if you have to switch terminals, you may need your passport to pass through security. You definitely do not need your passport if you didn't have to change planes in Canada, but as they are, I think its better if you brought just in case.
