Why is my point encoder will not work.?
I have a classic LongArm Gammill and stitch regulator will not work going in one direction. If I change the plugs in which the encoder can be regulated through stitches, but do not go up and down and if I can change the plugs back I can regular points up and down but not across. I cleaned all the wheels and tracks, replaced the wall plate and the encoder cable length. Any other suggestions? I have 3 quilts ready for quilting! Thanks. Carol
You either have a bad plug or a bad computer. In any case, you should contact your dealer. If you do not is a dealer can find a line for help. Good luck. Jean
