Sorry man, not one … I looked for him too, when I first got this game, but there is a way to get a flying car. Here we go. *** SPOILERS *** First, go to the second city regularly. Then, go to the top floor of their apartment and buy a helicopter. After of flying, where the ship has crossed the bridge to be followed during a mission and during the fire at all. There should be a car there. Helicopter Jump next to the car and land on it. Then start the car and you can fly around it. *** END SPOILERS *** I hope this helps.
