Who thinks the new Battlestar Galactica lagged?
Finally took the time to watch the first season of the new BSG and I can say, it sucks. Apollo is a cowardly girly man, Starbuck as a woman … does not work, a drunk XO and the replacement of Balazar … c'mon, it's a fucking porn. Literally, I hit the forward button every time they flash in your mind and speak only with the blonde Cylon. I'm on disc 2 and ready to go unfinished or get the third .. Well, Brikke, you're right …. I guess I have to blame for the original series while trying to portray a race of advanced technology … but not the new version as they show people in 2007, period clothing, equipment, etc. Yes, a race that would use advanced technology 1970 style telephones to communicate on board. If you like erotic scenes, don'tcha? Must be a loner. Diapers!
I've seen the original and began to see the new and at first I was very disappointed but the more I looked more into it and I realized it really is very good. I like the fact that it is so different from the first, that there are women in some senior positions. I like that the Cylons are "persons" and difficult to tell the difference between them and humans. On the show works very well for me me.
