original registration weapons lost, how I can get a new one?
I live in PA and the weapons were originally registered in this state, which I have to do to apply one or what forms must be filled for new records.
The weapons were never recorded in the PA. PA has no record now and never has been at any time in the past. In fact, in Pennsylvania it is actually illegal for any police or government agency to maintain a register of firearms by every 18 Pa. CS § 6111.4 (registration of firearms). If you legally have to carry their firearms in Pennsylvania, or come into possession of firearms by law, not need other measures. It should be noted however that all transfers of firearms in Pennsylvania are required to pass through the New York Instant Check System (PICS) and, as such, the Pennsylvania State Police maintain a "database of sales of all handguns purchased within the Community. While almost any observer casual can see that this database clearly violates the spirit of 18 Pa. CS § 6111.4 (Registration of firearms), the Pennsylvania Supreme Court agreed with the Police Pennsylvania State that because the database is not a complete record of all firearms owned (as people carry firearms in the state do not have to register) no. Are you considering a purchase receipt? If so, do not need it, is only a written record of the sale, no registration.
