How much do opera tickets run?

I'm thinking maybe see or The Marriage of Figaro "by Berlioz Damnation of Faust Lyric Opera of Chicago, but I can not for the life of me figure out how much lasts for a ticket on the website, or anywhere. Does anyone have an idea of how much they cost in different areas?

I would say a good place would be in the range of $ 75 to $ 100 …. it's a good reason for ROYAL operas in Europe … Some years ago I saw Rudolph Nureyev dance Damnation of Faust at the Royal Opera of Brussels and paid $ 25 for a box on the right end from stage left … You can never do that in the U.S.
