Why a Collection Attorney is Better Than a Collection Agency
If you operate a small business, you likely have uncollected funds from clients/customers that are making a difference to your company’s cash flow. Being owed money can affect your finances deeply, even causing you to go into debt with your creditors while awaiting payment. This scenario is vicious, and when faced with it, many small business owners are not sure of the best way to recover the funds due them.
If you’re facing this with your business, you already know the frustrations that exist. You need to find the proper way to collect, in as short of a time as possible. So, what do you do to get on top of your receivables? Hiring a collection attorney to assist you with bad debt and other collection problems is a very smart choice, though many businesses do not realize they have the option of hiring a collection attorney instead of a collection agency. Or, even if they know about this option, they don’t seriously consider it.
Why not go with a collection agency? Collection agencies are the middlemen, and when they are not able to collect on their accounts, they turn them over to a collection attorney. Debtors are accustomed to the collection agency spiel – form letter after form letter, phone call after phone call, and while collection agencies do find some successes in using these methods, when they fail, they will either declare the account as uncollectable or they will pass it on to an attorney. By skipping the middleman, in this case, the collection agency, you will receive payment on bad debt faster.
When you turn your unpaid debts over to an experienced collection attorney, you will likely find better results. This is because collection attorneys tend to be more aggressive in their approach, but in addition, they know collection law backward and forward. This is instrumental to getting your money. They will be able to review your bad debt and come up with an appropriate collection plan based on your personal situation with each debtor. They may choose to sue the debtor immediately, or they may try conventional routes first. Regardless, when a collection attorney is in charge of collecting a debt, they can see it through it from beginning to end.
Beyond the fact of receiving money due you in a more timely fashion, a collection attorney will save you frustration, time, and money. They have the education in law to back up their experience in collecting bad debts, and more people pay attention when an attorney contacts them than when a collection agency does. It immediately becomes more serious in the eyes of the debtor.
Managing and recovering bad debt is what collection attorneys do best. By focusing on the expert instead of the middleman, you’ll find it far easier to regain control of receivables.

Can you tell me the value of a war of revenge Star Sith Action Figure collection?
I have a complete collection of Wars Star Action Figures Revenge of the Sith (by Hasbro). Includes all numbered figures variants (like the two versions of Annakin Skywalker, Honor Guard, etc.) Also includes some figures like Target exclusive promotional Lava Anakin, Obi Wan lava and Black soldier assault. They also have most of the special joint (As Vader on the operating table-Pack Clone Troopers and their variants). Also take the form of Evolution (Limited Edition with serial numbers). All figures are very good, never Openned in their original boxes. If anyone can give me an idea of how much is the value for the whole thing, I really appretiate.
They Vale is worth whatever you can talk to someone to pay for them, neither more nor less. Seriously, this is very subjective based on where you live and how the figures are available can still be, if not normal then the store specialty. No one will want to pay top dollar for them because they want to make sure they can get their money more a profit. The only Star Wars figures that really make anyone money today is the original series with original packaging – the most since they are too still available.
