My Sun is in Aries, Venus in Pisces, and Mars in Aquarius, Moon In Sagittarius, Rising in Cancer?
they all seem very contradicting.
what does this say about me, and how i operate in relationships, and what kind of guys i attract or i am attracted to?

venus is exalted in pisces…
“exalted” means they are very STRONG… which means that they will give a lot of results. It’s a bit contradictory, you are right, because the Sun rules the second from cancer (income) and Venus rules the 12th from cancer (expense). So your getting strong results from loss and gain.
When things appear contradictory in a chart they do NOT cancel out. Rather, you have to understand that life is a balance of opposites that usually co-exist. Read in that light.
How you operate in relationships will be determined by your 7th house and the lord of it (as well as the 7th from the moon, and the conditions in your 9th harmonic chart). What you’ve identified in your question (Sun, Venus, Mars, Moon and Ascendant) are useful in COMPATIBILITY readings where two charts are compared to asses the compatbility of a relationship. When just looking at your individual chart, these planets are not always of prime importance to relationship. The 7th house, etc (see above) is the prime factor in that case.
