What is the difference between a deductible and an individual out of pocket expenses limit?
I'm looking at insurance plans and trying to find the difference between a deductible and an individual out of pocket spending limit. It sounds very similar. If the deductible was 5,000 individual and not out of pocket expenses limit was 3,000, which basically end being a deductible of 8,000, and saying that my individual out of pocket expenses would be deductible limit PLUS 3000. Can someone explain this to me?
After paying the deductible of $ 5,000, begin paying co-insurance, which is over 20%, but can be a different percentage. The company Insurance pays the other 80%. You pay 20% of the charges until you have paid $ 3,000. At that time the insurance company will pay 100% of the charges. Co-payments rarely included in a traditional plan. For example, a hospital stay costing $ 12,000. You pay the first $ 5,000. Then pay 20% of the remaining $ 7,000 which is $ 1400. If we go back in the hospital you still have to pay $ 1,600 of product out of pocket limit of $ 3,000 left to pay until the insurance pays 100%.
What went from $ 19K to a six-figure income a year by the age of 30
This is a true story. My intention is to inspire all person who has always wanted to make a significant income to take a stand and not be arrested because of his circumstances. This is the drive, determination, and is exactly what I did to get my six figure income.
I confess that I was a Late Bloomer. I focused on my career and income opportunities until I was in my twenties. Some people can not say that it is late, but for this story, which shows you how fast it can happen.
I graduated college in my twenties years, and followed the path of a low paying internship. It was one door open, and a great opportunity I could not miss. The work was part-time, and eventually ended.
Then, by a result of that presentation, another door opened, and this opportunity was a good full time job that I paid $ 19K a year. At that time, was thrilled. It was a step up from being a college student completely ruined.
I connected with this task for several years, increased of my salary each year. I went up to $ 24K and feel like a big slow climb. He was restless, and decided it was a time for change. I went to leave my job, and tell them that I wanted more. I had not considered that I could ask further.
That conversation always change the path. I learned that if I asked what he wanted, and I worked hard for them, I would always be with my next steps. I took a position as large at that meeting that I was offered a new job in the same company that paid $ 45k per year. Wow, now I was really making progress.
Again, as I have worked hard, thought out of the box, made contributions to the process of better corporate governance, and started doing things that were not in my job. I wanted to improve the process worked and the environment in.
What happened next surprised me even more. While I was presenting my ideas to senior management, and plans of the company, stood in a leadership position without me even realizing what he was doing.
At that point, I was asked to formalize my ideas and start the process true that I wanted to work, which even gave me a raise to reflect my efforts, without even asking for it. Now he was in the $ 65 thousand years a support. I was at the top of the world.
Once the official plans that I had worked so hard on development were in place, then came a new description (I had written), and a new title. I was officially in the management, and has achieved an income of $ 100K.
It was amazing. I was very young and had accomplished so much so fast. You can see that what I did to get that revenue was hard work, determination, and do things that many people will not do. I work before they paid for it. I made sacrifices and put effort into the areas that needed help.
At the time, it was great. I worked hard, I paid what I always wanted. But here's the interesting part. Having achieved that six figure income was not enough. I wanted more free time and wanted to give me the opportunity to control my financial future. The only way was as a business owner and work on my own.
I left a six-figure income, and business world that had risen to, to start my own business. As a business owner, I learned of thousands of valuable lessons that could never predict. I did a lot of errors that temporarily cost me six-figure income would have wanted. Fortunately, those lessons taught me everything I needed to know to make a seven figure income.
Owning a business is only part of what a successful six-figure income. You have to make sure that you can profit. I owned a traditional brick and mortar business, and had a high price to pay, and benefits were not there.
I learned that with the right business model, I would be able to put 80% profits in your pocket, with low overhead, no employees, or headaches of a traditional business.
This new business model enabled me to work from anywhere in the world, anytime I wanted. Is to harness the most powerful in the world market, Internet.
More importantly, there was a marketing integrated system in place that I could exploit. Without proper marketing, all business will fail.
This system comes with technical support tools and an elite community of great thinkers who share exactly how they achieve their seven-figure income.
Before you can decide how you want achieve their six and seven figure income, you have to decide how you live your life. Do you want freedom? Want to take control of your financial destiny? What are willing to do for yourself and others? Do you want your six figure income in the hands of his boss, or want to decide what is worthwhile.
In short, I have learned there is a price to pay to make a successful six figure income. You will invest in another company as an employee and make sacrifices for them, or whether to invest in yourself and make the sacrifices that will set you free. You have to decide what is best for you.
