Has anyone seen what appeared seven red balloons with a stick attached to it travels opposite to the wind?
moving from west to east in a minute towards the River Thames at 19.40 07/09/1908. I live in Thurrock, Essex, England.
It was a big balloon, right? By the way, what does this have to do with astronomy?
