What I can do some electronic components?
I'm bored. I have a motherboard sitting there, a group of CD drives and cables computers have been executed. there anything I can make them by taking them as well as a robot or something any suggenstions
If the motherboard and other functional parts, your best bet would be to make a computer from them. In the case of _really_ old drive, then you may be able to record some good stepper motors out of them, but not much else. The CD laser diodes may have some good he could play with (just do not have one eye with them.)

History of Toy Robots
Times have certainly changed – just look at what kids are playing with these days. While toy cars and dolls you can still prevent young people entertained, popular toys include the new generation video games, remote control toys, and toy robots.
The origin of toy robots goes back to the development of robots. One of the first robots was an automaton invented by the Frenchman Jacques de Vaucanson in 1738. He self-automated mechanical duck that was able to eat and digest grain, flap its wings, and excrete. In Japan, Hisashige Tanaka created a range of complex mechanical toys, some of whom were able to shoot arrows, serving tea, or even painting a Japanese character.
In the 1930s, Westinghouse Electric Corporation built a Humanoid Robot. The robot, called Elektro, was exhibited at the World Fair in the years 1939 and 1940. From 1948 to 1949, William Grey Walter, the burden Neurological Institute in Bristol, England, developed the first electronic autonomous robots. Elmer and Appointed Elsie, these "robots turtle" could sense light and contact with external objects. They were also able to find its charging station when its power the battery ran low.
The first truly modern robot was operated digitally programmable, and teachable was invented by George Devol in 1954. His robot is called the Unimate, which he sold to General Motors in 1960. In 1961, he moved to a plant in Trenton, New Jersey to lift hot pieces of metal from a machine casting and stack.
In 1985, the Company created the Omnibot Kyoga Tomy 2000, a toy robot could be controlled with a remote control hand or through programs stored on magnetic tape. In late 1990, the Robotic Dog AIBO was introduced by Sony. AIBO was able to navigate autonomously room and playing ball with his array of sensors. Other robots company shortly thereafter. Tiger Electronics in 1998 created the Furby, a pet toy that can be communicated with its owner. In 2001, Omron launched the Velvet cat robot AIBO as a competitor. His mind and consciousness (MAC) technology, which generates feelings.
Toy robots have come a long way from mechanical duck of Jacques de Vaucanson, more than two centuries. They are a more common view today, and is without doubt that we will continue seeing more of toy robots in the coming years.
