How is an allele dominant over the other?
I know how to make a Punnett square, but I do not understand how an allele (trait) is dominant on the recessive gene. I know all about the matter and pure hybrisd, heterozygous and homozygous, but I do not understand domination. We made this unique genetic thing in science on Monday, where we had to create a monster based on the genes collected from coin flips. A monster and robot arms is dominant on a monster with arms crab (in terms of genes). The letter for the weapons was "A", with "AA" or "Aa" to be the arms of the robot, and "aa" be the arms of crab. But how can be a dominant trait over the other?
Just to note, not all genes are completely dominant, there is a whole range of different types, but we always start with the complete and recessive alleles domance first and less confusing. In complete dominance you will receive a feature or not. ie, there are two possible dominant phenotype options … one and one recessive (which of course need two alleles is expressed). A lot of people might think that the features are more similar to the addition red and white together to get the pink … mixed or intermediate features as this makes more sense (this is actually called incomplete dominance and gives offspring that can be red, pink or white) … some other genes are the two alleles for example, blood type where A and B are dominant, while O is recessive (this called co-dominance). I know sometimes I also wonder how this can be a completely dominant over the other and not even see the feature a bit ….. I guess maybe you have to think of a more biochemical level when the presence of an allele, if present will cause a biochemical reaction to occur …. if does not exist, this process does not occur. Eye color (well this has modifier genes as well, but ignore that) where is the brown allele is present caused a pigment to produce coffee if there … if any allele for pigmentation is there, you get blue eyes … so maybe think recessive in things like the lack of pigment, a chemical or something … When your show no recession, but even if your "half there" for example, Aa, the biochemical process occurs. Long story I guess to try to explain, but just wanted to point out that other types of inheritance, as well as those learning …. they tend to give a number of things such as height, skin color and things like that tend to wait intermeidates …… I guess that goes back to Mendel everyone expected things to be transferred in the mix, but found that it was not always the case with peas …. if not for the entire domain to be found even in the dark about the inheritance.

2005 Bigfoot monster truck racing in Arizona
A monster truck is a car, usually after truck style, modified or purposely built with extremely large wheels and suspension. They are used for competition and popular sporting events and in some cases combined with Motocross races, mud bogging, tractor pulls and car eating robots. They are the most popular in the United States.
Typically, a monster truck show involves the truck crushing smaller vehicles beneath its huge tires. These cars can run up and over most man-made barriers, so they are equipped with Remote Control switch closure, called the Remote Ignition Switches (RII), to help prevent an accident if the driver loses control at any time. In some events, only one truck is on the course at a time while most feature two drivers each other in symmetrical tracks, with the losing driver eliminated in the fashion of the knockout tournament.
In recent years, many monster truck competitions have ended with a freestyle "event. Something similar to figure skating with trucks giants, the drivers are free to choose their own path around the track and its obstacles. Drivers often try to 'Donuts', and jumps in this wheelstands segment. Additional items for the drivers to crush – usually including a motor home – are often placed on the track specifically for the freestyle event. Other barriers sometimes placed on the track include school buses and small aircraft.

In late 1970, as amended by trucks were increasingly popular and the sports of mud bogging and truck pulling were gaining in popularity. Multiple owners had created lifted trucks trucks to compete in such events, and soon competition to hold the title of "largest" truck developed. For most of the 1980s, monster trucks performed primarily as a presentation exhibitions from side to pull the cart or mud bogging events. In 1985, the most important promoters, such as the USHRA and TNT Motorsports, began racing monster trucks on a base regular. The races, as they are today, were the only way to eliminate the drag races held on a journey filled with obstacles. The change to the competition ultimately led to the truck owners to begin building lighter trucks, with more power. The establishment of the first TNT monster truck points championship in 1988 accelerated the process and find the teams start to use straight-rail frames, fiberglass bodies, and lighter axle components to reduce weight and gain speed.
In 1988, to standardize rules for truck and construction safety, Bob Chandler and George Carpenter formed the Monster Truck Racing Association (Mtra). The standard rules set Mtra security to govern Monster Trucks. The organization continues to play an important role in the development of sport in the U.S. and the EU.
