Similar to the film Who Framed Roger Rabbit?
I am looking for the name of a movie that is very similar in style to "Who Framed Roger Rabbit? ". It is located in a place similar to" Toontown, "most of the scenes of the film, said to take place in him. In the film there are two police officers and detectives human, one intends to observe that there is no link between humans and cartoons (Which ends up falling for a cartoon character, which eventually becomes a human being). I can not remember the name of the movie, I saw the film around 8 years ago.
