Question about space sound card?
I would buy a new software and these are some of the requirements of the system (I have understood that the rest). How I can check to see if my PC is compatible with: 1) Creative ® Labs Sound Blaster ® 16 or equivalent sound card that supports recording of 16 bit 2) Windows 2000, Windows XP Home and Professional, or Windows Vista ™ (32 bit) 3) 1 GB of RAM
16-bit recording was introduced in 1992, so I think it's safe to say that your computer is compatible with 16 bit recording, as long as you have a microphone or line input. If you have one of these operating systems installed, you're good. To check the amount of RAM you have, click on My Computer and click Properties. A window opens showing the amount of RAM installed in the lower right. Hope this helps.
