computer screen is black but wants the reboot cd, why can’t i do the f10 while turning on? mary?
the cd wants a 12 # serial no. ours have 10. is this the wrong cd? we have a compaq presario desktop around a 2003 .has mcafee updated daily by our sp.and spy robot
The best thing to do is to contact Compaq Technical support.
They will send you the Reboot CD. =]
