What are the laws of Pennsylvania on the establishment of a Home Security Camera / System (possibly hidden) in my backyard?
My neighbor has decided he wants to leave a security system in your backyard to record whether the neighbor hood will pet her. I wonder what are the laws in Pennsylvania under this system.
