Kitchen Floor Tiles: Vinyl Tile question …?

My kitchen has ceramic tiles currently are in a state of law and the entire floor to do. I took a tile and under it is concrete. To save money, I was looking self-adhesive vinyl tiles. Can they go directly down on the concrete or is it necessary in the middle? In addition, whatst best way to get the ceramic tiles are mostly cracked / loose, but some will be much more difficult!

Get the ceramic and adhesive (thin in September) will be a tough job. Those who are broken and loose won t be a problem, but will depend on whether the set of thin remained on the tile or cement. Floor and hand scrapers and lots of elbow grease is the best way to get over all thin out .. There are scrapers power but for the whole thin out, they don t work very well. For most of the tables outside, a hammer and a variety of masonry chisel works best. Always wear eye, ear protection. Along with gloves and long sleeves when removing the tiles. Once the floor and gentle scraping, moppings several times to remove the fine dust that is needed (and much dry well) Then you are ready to apply vinyl tiles .. Any questions you can email me through my avatar .. GL
