Weathering Color

Weathering Color
What color should I paint my resin garden statues?

They have become very degraded. Good hand washing is not enough to revive them. I will be using for Rustoleum plastic spray paint. I do not want gray, brown or ivory was thinking (as a color Lenox). I have fairies, angels, children and religious statues through my garden and do not want to be flashy, just to highlight an elegant way. Any ideas?

I used a little paint concrete texture of resin bird bath and it was very nice. I can not remember the name of the painting, but it is a spray, and comes in different shades. Resins and plastics have particular aspect, but the shadow that I have selected have small red, blue and yellow (muted colors) stains on it.

Advancement In Local Weather Radar Reports

Throughout history, many lives have been lost to bad weather. Meteorologists and scientists are always investigating new ways to increase the warning time for these storms, in hopes of reducing the loss of lives. In recent decades, advances local weather radar have been made, enabling better accuracy in predicting the paths of these storms, allowing meteorologists to issue conditions weather reports and warnings earlier than in previous years.

Meteorologists and scientists have been able to track successfully the severe storms and possible tornadoes by using an advanced tracking system called NEXRAD (Next Generation Radar.) NEXRAD is a tracking network made up of 158 Doppler weather radar. This high-resolution computerized system takes readings on the amount of precipitation in the air, the movements of the clouds, and wind speeds during a storm.

These readings are bounced back to a computer on the local climate and a colorful image is rendered on screen, what the meteorologists a clear idea of what kind of weather is on the horizon. This final image is what you see when the meteorologist breaks in severe weather reports and warnings, usually with a description of how the weather radar maps.

In the case of bad weather, the meteorologist will relay the readings found by the weather radar for local area residents. Most likely, on your television screen you see a computer animation of the image of the proximity of a storm.

If the storm is serious enough, then the National Weather Service (NWS) will issue adverse weather warnings of severe storms in area. In that case, the storm captured on radar winds have been readable, lighting detectable, and some hail. Paying attention to the weather map is vital when the weather is near.

On the TV screen you will see several colors on the map rainfall, ranging from blue (the blackest black light) to (highest). If the colors on your specific area are yellow, beware. If the colors range between orange and red, take cover immediately as damaging winds and dangerous lightening have been reported.

When the local weather radar in Atlanta, Georgia reported high winds, with movements circular wind, large hail and earlier this year, the National Weather Service issued a tornado warning. Forecasters in the area devoted to the collection data to predict which way the storm would take, indicating which areas need to be warned.

Thanks to this technology, most Residents received weather reports early enough to allow time to seek shelter from the storm. Pay attention to your local weather source during severe weather plays a vital role in safety.
